We are so sorry that your item from Ivory Beau did not work out for you! Please read our return policy below:

ALL ITEMS PURCHASED IN THE SALE TAB OR LISTED AS SALE ARE FINAL SALE. All items purchased with a discount of 40% or more are final sale. 

Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if the return is requested within 14 days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item will not be eligible for return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, WITH ALL TAGS ATTACHED. No makeup/self-tan stains, deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell, or stains of any kind will be accepted.

Once we receive your return please allow 3-7 days for us to process your return. Your store credit will be emailed to you.

DAMAGES and ISSUES 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us WITHIN 2 DAYS if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email: shopivorybeau@gmail.com and include any pictures necessary. 

Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolution, lightning, and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged.
