Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:

Flat rate shipping cost is currently $6.00 USD on all orders. Free Shipping on orders over $200.00 USD. 

We ship orders with USPS and UPS. 

We currently do not offer international shipping, only shipping within the United States. 

Please allow 1-2 days for us to process your order! We will ship it out as soon as possible! Shipping normally takes 2-5 days, but mainly only 2-3 days!

**Ivory Beau is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact USPS OR UPS to submit a claim. If an item arrives damaged please email us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures attached. 

**Ivory Beau is not responsible for any delays caused by our mail carriers and will not offer refund shipping if USPS OR UPS did not meet their guaranteed shipping times.
